Welcome to my site!  I hope to keep you up to date on the current happenings with my P.E. classes, Walking Program, and TLS sports teams.  I also will be putting up Health and Nutrition information as well as Physical Activity info.  Check often for updates!

MU Satellite Camp: July 30,31,Aug. 1 from 9:30-3:30 in the new gym.
 
TLS VB Camp: Aug. 6-7-8 New Gym
Grades 3-5: 5:30-7:00
Grades 6-8: 7:00-8:30
 
Grades 7/8 VB Tryouts on Aug. 13th from 6:00-7:30 in the New Gym
 
VB Practices will begin on Aug. 21st (Varsity/JV WILL practice on the first day of school!)
 
ALL students(grades 6-8) are expected to dress out the first day of classes-below is a class schedule:
6C: M/W/every other Friday
6H: T/Th/every other Friday
7H: M/Th/every other Wednesday
7B: T/F/every other Wednesday
8R: M/Th/every other Wednesday
8G: T/F/every other Wednesday
 
**Rules and procedures will be discussed on the first day of class and will also be posted on this site.

Don't Forget Your Clothes For PE!
*Blue or Black Shorts-must be of appropriate length and have no wording on the back side!
*White t-shirt: these CAN have wording on them, but they MUST be T-shirt material (no sleeveless or cut-offs, no "dress shirts" i.e. American Eagle or Aeropostale - these are too thin.
*CLEAN tennis shoes which are non-marking- shoes are not to be worn outside in the mud, rain, etc... and then worn in the gym.
*Also, don't forget to bring socks, deodorant-no glass bottles are to be brought into the locker rooms

Trinity has a new face this year in the 5th grade-have you met the new teacher yet?  Do you know what her favorite sport is?
 
This month's trivia question-What is the current MLB home run record? and - Who holds that record?  Turn your answer in to Coach Roz for a prize (first 10 correct answers, win!)

WALKIN' 4 MILES
We will begin a new session for walkers beginning on Tuesday, Aug.28th @ 7:30 in the new gym.  Walkers will meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays to walk - weather permitting, we will be outside.
Donations for incentives are being accepted-please contact Coach Roz if you would like to donate.
